Work environment that values organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. **Warehouse Assistant:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials, components, supplies, and finished products; * Support tracking of material inflows and outflows in the system (ERP or spreadsheets); * Assist in picking and delivering materials according to production or maintenance requisitions; * Identify, label, and organize materials in appropriate storage locations; * Conduct periodic stock counts and physical inventories; * Report discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities to supervisors; * Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety regulations; * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse environment; * Assist in issuing and filing documents (requisitions, invoices, production orders); * Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks), if certified; * Comply with company safety, quality, and internal procedural standards. **Requirements** **Minimum Education:** Completed High School **Preferred:** Basic training in Warehousing, Logistics, or Administration; NR-11 certification (if operating forklifts) **Desired Knowledge:** Basic understanding of inventory control, ERP systems, and fundamental invoice reading **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in warehousing, logistics, or shipping/receiving functions **Personal Skills:** Organization, attention to detail, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
