Create Work Instruction Sheets and train employees Business hours 07:30 TO 17:18 \- MON TO FRI **Requirements:** Map critical assembly line processes; Analyze, propose, and implement improvements to the production process; Perform chronometric analysis, product balancing, GBO distribution, calculate and register product targets; Create Work Instruction Sheets for the production line, implement training programs, and train employees on manufacturing processes; Design and implement improvements to increase productivity on the assembly line. Design, draw, fabricate, assemble, and ensure production optimization through fixtures and equipment; Implement corporate Strategic Planning and Manufacturing Planning guidelines; Monitor quality indicators and drive actions to achieve business unit targets; Control and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering module in the E.M.S. system. **Required Qualifications:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite; Experience in industrial engineering / manufacturing engineering / process engineering; English proficiency is a plus. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
