Promotion of training and continuous improvement **Description:** Provide technical leadership over the team within your area of responsibility, assigning tasks, offering guidance and clarifications, and motivating team members to achieve expected results in accordance with established standards; Coordinate quality committee meetings, lead evaluations of identified issues, and direct actions according to standards, aiming to resolve non-conformities through viable alternatives or solutions; Monitor quality control phase reports and quality review reports, identify pending items, track related follow-up activities, and prioritize actions to ensure smooth process release and avoid disruptions affecting deliveries; Promote quality-related training, prepare training materials, and schedule sessions with relevant departments to ensure proper execution of responsibilities in this area; Visit subcontractors and branch offices when occurrence rates exceed standard thresholds, scheduling focused visits to align quality processes and improve performance in this regard; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness regulations.
