We are looking for a **Service Technician** to join our after-sales team and directly address customer issues and provide training. The candidate will be responsible for the following activities: * Formulate and suggest improvements to the spare parts inventory planning; * Assist, when necessary, with spare parts inventory-related activities; * Install, repair, and perform maintenance on injection molding machines, linear robots, hopper dryers, automatic loading systems, chillers, as well as operate equipment control software and systems; * Conduct equipment safety checklists; * Document and submit quality issue reports related to machines within their area of responsibility, proposing suggestions to prevent new issues or recurrence; * Conduct customer training, demonstrate equipment usage, and ensure correct operational procedures; * Resolve problems related to machine failures and/or performance (identify the problem, collect data, determine root causes, propose and implement solutions and/or improvements); * Perform root cause analysis and propose/implement corrective actions, documenting all actions taken; * Proactively request spare parts, considering wear or unforeseen repair needs; * Respond to customers via e-mail, telephone, and/or in person, promptly, courteously, and professionally; * Recommend maintenance activities and/or guide customers on correct equipment operation; * Prepare reports for all service interventions, ensuring all relevant information regarding customers and equipment is documented; * Provide after-sales support and technical training to customers and representatives, including equipment safety, operation, maintenance, recommended plastic raw materials, and molding processes; * Translate documents into Portuguese, when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Materials Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in projects, after-sales support, and/or maintenance of injection molding machines; * Availability to attend technical assistance, customer service, and other training sessions as defined by the technical department; * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics; * Extensive knowledge of fault diagnosis and repairs on injection molding machines, covering control systems and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; * Basic computer skills, communication systems, and Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced or fluent English; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Willingness to travel.
