Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain physical and electronic documents in order, prospect new and inactive customers, provide in-person or remote customer service, collect damages and overdue payments, receive and register technical support requests, schedule visits by external consultants, manage equipment dispatch and return schedules, issue invoices and leasing contracts, conduct leasing activities via email and telephone.
