Responsibility in tasks **CRIPTHON RH IS HIRING** **GARDENER \- GENERAL SERVICES.** **Location:** Santo Antônio, Jaraguá do Sul / SC. **Responsibilities:** Perform garden and green area maintenance, including watering, pruning, replanting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, cleaning, and conserving spaces; operate gardening equipment; organize materials and ensure cleanliness and conservation of the company's outdoor areas. **Requirements:** Completed Elementary Education; Previous experience in custodial services, gardening, and general services; Good physical endurance; Responsibility, organization, and commitment; Sensitivity and care toward plants; **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 initially \| R$ 2\.800,00 after the probationary period. **Benefits:** Meal provided on-site (co-payment of R$ 2.50 per day); 100% free dental plan; Partnerships with Útil Card, Stylo Card, Casa do Chocolate, Lojas Só Calçados, Laboratório Vida, CDI Hospital São José, and educational institutions. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
