Responsible for prospecting, registering, and scheduling vehicles **About the Position** We are seeking a Logistics Analyst focused on scheduling to directly manage vehicles and road freight transportation operations. This person will ensure operational smoothness, organization, and agility while handling high-volume demands with precision and a strong sense of priority. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect third-party vehicles * Register drivers and vehicles in the system * Schedule vehicles for pickup and delivery * Monitor fleet availability * Support freight rate negotiations (when necessary) * Monitor loading and unloading operations * Complete and update operational reports **Position Challenge** Work in a high-travel-demand environment, ensuring agile scheduling and accurate logistics operations. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in vehicle scheduling (pickup and delivery) * Experience working at a freight carrier * Knowledge of road freight transportation operations (load capacity) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with e-commerce clients **Behavioral Profile** * High ability to work under pressure * Organization and planning skills * Clear and objective communication * Agility in decision-making **Working Hours** 12:12 PM to 10:00 PM (1-hour break) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * Meal allowance: R$ 25.30/day * Transportation allowance: R$ 13.00/day (no payroll deduction) * Life insurance * Dental plan (SEST SENAT)
