Requirements
* **Education =** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
* **Experience =** Experience with electrical panel projects of varying sizes, complexity, and contractual arrangements.
* **Knowledge =** Familiarity with company business operations, medium- and low-voltage products, Microsoft Project, and computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, monitor, and control project activities to maximize the established cash flow, considering critical phase planning and ensuring sufficient resources for continuous project development, thereby optimizing the use of company resources.
* Ensure the project adheres to recommended best practices for execution and Luzville policies, monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization.
* Monitor and control project financial control activities, verifying project billing status, costs, margins, and liability limits.
* Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks, ensuring all opportunities are identified and addressed, capturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the project.
* Ensure formal project closure as contractually agreed, guaranteeing formal project acceptance, contract termination, and customer acknowledgment.
* Understand contractual terms, as well as contractual impacts of changes and/or additions during project development and outcomes, including alerts regarding negative impacts on financial margin, performance, and risk factors.
* Ensure consistent application of contract and claims/demands management systems and standards during project execution, in accordance with Luzville policies and contractual agreements.
* Ensure Luzville commitments to the customer are fulfilled per established contracts, while also striving to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent interaction in meetings, kick-offs, reviews, phone calls, email, and other channels.
* Act proactively to meet customer expectations and ensure project development proceeds as planned, including agreement on deliverables and timely payments.
* Serve as the key contact for the customer and act as the internal focal point for routing project-related issues, building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders—both internal and external—and communicating effectively with all parties involved.
* Ensure project cost control and mitigate interferences affecting project development.
* Report project progress to customers and other stakeholders with appropriate detail for understanding, highlighting relevant issues and necessary actions to achieve project objectives.
* Negotiate scope changes for projects, including impact analysis and pursuit of additional sales to enhance margins and reduce risks.
