Job Summary: An experienced CNC programmer will be responsible for developing machining processes, creating programs using WORKNC, and optimizing production. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience with CNC programming and WORKNC software. 2. Development of machining processes and CAD/CAM programming. 3. Process optimization to ensure quality, productivity, and safety. **CNC PROGRAMMER \- 2ND SHIFT** CNC programming experience required. **Location:** Aventureiro – Joinville/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 2:18 PM to 11:24 PM **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** * Career development plan * Health insurance * Meal card worth R$ 220.00 (after confirmation) * Life insurance fully covered by the company * On-site meals at R$ 3.45 per day * Pharmacy partnerships * Language school partnerships * University and college partnerships * Gym partnerships * SESI partnership (dentistry and vaccination) * Banked hours * Transportation allowance **Responsibilities:** * Develop CNC programs using WORKNC software * Use CAD/CAM systems for machining process development and programming * Design jigs, fixtures, and select cutting tools for machining * Prepare process sheets containing technical information about parts * Monitor and validate CNC programs with setup technicians and operators * Organize and maintain up-to-date process files and documentation * Contribute to machining process optimization to ensure quality, productivity, and safety **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * CNC programming experience * Advanced knowledge of WORKNC software * Technical training in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, Design, or related fields is preferred * Relevant work experience * Must reside in Joinville Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
