Job Summary: The Operations Assistant / Issue Handling manages material damage processes, disposes of materials, and supports the company's quality and SSMA systems. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in quality and SSMA activities Transjoi Transportes has an opening for **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT / ISSUE HANDLING** Responsibilities: * Monitor material damage processes, assign proper disposition to damaged materials, and communicate replacement/refund timelines to customers; * Verify material surplus in the company yard and inform other units to check for material shortages, enabling correct redistribution; * Participate in and execute activities related to the company's quality and SSMA systems. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Proficiency in computer applications.
