Maintain the restaurant's standards and organization We are looking for a talented and gastronomy-passionate **Maître** to lead our dining room in a buffet restaurant celebrating flavors from Brazil and around the world. **Responsibilities:** * Attend to and sell events. * Supervise the dining room team, ensuring quality and efficiency. * Manage inventory, procurement, and food safety. * Train the service team. * Maintain the restaurant's standards and organization. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Maître or manager, preferably in buffet restaurants. * Wine knowledge is a plus. * Leadership, organization, and creativity.
