Come develop and grow with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Act as the technical reference at the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting rational medication use, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, and contributing to results and excellence in customer service. **1\. Customer Assistance and Service** * Provide humanized customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and effects. * Clarify customer and team questions by researching reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2\. Technical and Legal Management** * Serve as the official technical responsible party for the establishment before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure all documentation is up to date: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain updated SNGPC records, submit movement reports, and monitor incidents. **3\. Medication Control and Storage** * Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing. * Oversee control and auditing of medication inventory, especially those subject to special controls (Ordinance 344/98\). * Ensure proper archiving of prescriptions and mandatory reports. **4\. Team Supervision and Development** * Train and guide the team on best dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular). * Monitor appropriate use of prescription forms, stamps, and sales registration systems. **5\. Operational Processes and Quality** * Keep SOPs, Good Practices Manual, and PGRSS updated, ensuring daily implementation. * Ensure hygiene, organization, and operation of the department according to health regulations. * Monitor environmental and equipment temperatures with updated records. **6\.
