Material Management and Continuous Improvement Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production to ensure efficient workflow of production processes, on-time delivery, resource optimization, and maintenance of appropriate inventory levels, aiming to meet customer demands and company objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Production Planning:** Analyze demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels to develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans. Define material, labor, equipment, and other resource requirements for production. Develop detailed production schedules, sequencing activities and setting priorities. Identify bottlenecks and constraints in production capacity and propose solutions to optimize workflow. * **Production Scheduling:** Issue production orders specifying quantities, deadlines, manufacturing routings, and required materials. Distribute production orders to production departments, ensuring clarity of information and alignment with the plan. Monitor production progress in real time, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions. Reallocate resources and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery. * **Production Control:** Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs), such as efficiency, productivity, lead time, scrap rate, and on-time delivery. Analyze production results, identify root causes of deviations, and propose process improvements. Prepare production monitoring reports presenting order status, achieved results, and planned actions. Control raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory, ensuring appropriate levels to support production and demand. * **Material Management:** Participate in planning material procurement needs by providing production demand information. Track supplier delivery timelines to ensure continuous production supply. Control material receipt and movement in the warehouse. * **Communication and Coordination:** Maintain constant communication with various company departments (sales, purchasing, quality, maintenance) to ensure information alignment and problem resolution. Participate in production planning and monitoring meetings. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for improvement in PCP processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Participate in continuous improvement projects. * **Documentation:** Keep updated all procedures, work instructions, and other documents related to PCP.
