Job Summary:
Principessa is seeking a Junior Engineering Analyst to develop technical specifications, improve manufacturing processes, and monitor production activities with the goal of optimizing costs and productivity.

**Principessa** currently has an open position for a **Junior Engineering Analyst**. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional eager to grow within the field.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Development of technical specifications
Development of operational sequences
Monitoring of pilot runs and production
Support for pattern making, sewing, and PCP
Standardization of processes and finishing
Identification of cost and productivity improvements
**Requirements:**
Experience with woven fabrics
Knowledge of technical specifications and sewing processes
Intermediate CorelDraw and Excel skills
Familiarity with fabrics and trims
Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Knowledge of Audaces software
Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, or Garment Technical Course)
Knowledge of Produtec software
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: Up to R$3.000,00 per month
