Job Summary: Responsible for meal preparation, cooking, and organization, as well as kitchen and equipment cleaning and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in meal preparation and event catering. 2. Inventory management and procurement of kitchen supplies. 3. Responsibility for kitchen organization, hygiene, and maintenance. Permanent position Work schedule: Sunday to Monday, 06:00–10:00 / 11:00–14:20. Wednesday to Saturday, 06:00–10:00 / 11:00–14:20 Work location (department): Kitchen Work in Corupá or nearby areas Task Frequency  Verify scheduled events to request purchases,  Weekly  Prepare dishes in advance,   Responsible for meal preparation and cooking during events,  Per event.  Responsible for meal preparation and cooking for all daily meals,  Daily.  Handle meats,   Request weekly supply purchases based on inventory levels,  Weekly  Responsible for storing and verifying meats in the freezer.   Perform frying, baking, and pan-frying,  Daily  Clean and maintain the kitchen,  Daily  Sanitize equipment, machines, and utensils,  As per PS-630.01 – Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.  Exercise caution when operating equipment, machines, and utensils to avoid damage.   Receive and inspect incoming supplies,   Complete Cleaning Control Sheets,   Organize cleaning tasks,   Assist with other kitchen-related duties as needed,   Separate recyclable waste according to activity requirements,   Monitor food leftovers,  Daily  Stay updated on new food service practices,   Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms,  Daily  Follow instructions provided by immediate supervisor.  Maintain workplace organization in accordance with the 5S Program guidelines.  Always  Always Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.788,59 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
