Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling front-counter activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily serving customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Ensure proper execution of front-counter operational procedures by guiding and monitoring daily routines, deadlines, and prescribed methods; performing loads on POS systems and scales; checking prices; providing and clarifying information; monitoring cashier discrepancies (cash movements and loss prevention); organizing informative and supportive meetings; and handling diverse customer requests; Ensure accurate cash withdrawals and daily cashier closings, including physical cash counting and system reconciliation, to guarantee accuracy in the store’s financial transactions; Guarantee and manage customer flow to prevent queues; Ensure compliance with internal conduct, service, and security policies; Contribute to reducing front-counter loss rates by proactively minimizing plastic bag waste, potential thefts, and expediting returns of perishable items, etc.; Manage personnel matters related to shift scheduling, overtime banks, vacations, and other work-hour-related demands—through monitoring managerial reports provided by the HR department and direct guidance to employees; Promote team professional development and motivation through continuous guidance and feedback, performance monitoring, and technical training; Provide support and assistance for related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Specific Knowledge:** Cashier operations, financial transactions **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Rua Bonifácio Haendchen, 1120 \- Belchior Central, Gaspar \- SC, 89110\-000 **Working Hours:** 12:50–15:00, 16:10–21:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
