Apply now and keep your profile up to date. \#ProudToBeClamed \#PeopleCaringForPeople\#JoinOurFormula **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide in-person and online customer service, preparing quotations, entering prescriptions into the dedicated system, and handling resale products, all in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company service standards; * Enter prescribed formulations into the dedicated system, verifying prescription date, prescriber details, signature, dosage instructions, quantity, and patient information (phone number and address), updating records as needed; * Record withdrawal of compounded products in the dedicated system per SOPs to ensure traceability; * Print and affix labels to compounded products, and apply additional labels according to each product’s specific requirements, ensuring all mandatory information is included per RDC 67/07; * Verify and dispatch delivery packages, ensuring all compounded items listed on the shipping manifest reach the destination branch correctly, supporting inventory control and organization. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma (in progress or completed); * Must be at least 18 years old. **Additional information** **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00\.
