Location: North Industrial Zone – Joinville/SC Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Responsibilities: Provide customer service and prospect clients via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and in person; Track orders with production, shipping, and logistics providers; Prepare sales reports and analyses; Maintain customer portfolio and provide after\-sales support; Identify new opportunities and leads for commercial expansion. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: R$ 2\.200,00 Commission: 2% (increases to 2.5% after 6 months) Average monthly earnings between base salary and commission: R$ 3\.500,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 during the first months.
