Experience with labor audits and shift scheduling **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** with a generalist profile. We seek a professional with experience and attention to detail who ensures legal compliance and efficiency in administrative personnel processes. **Responsibilities:** * Full payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, statutory deductions, and labor charges; * Control and verification of employee **timekeeping** and **attendance**; * Management and calculation of **vacations and leaves** (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave); * Fulfillment of statutory **labor obligations**; * Support during labor audits and legal labor proceedings; * Assistance to drivers and interpretation of shift schedules according to **Law No. 13\.103 (Driver's Law)**. * Recruitment and selection. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in the **Personnel Department**; * Up-to-date knowledge of **labor legislation** and the **Driver's Law**; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in companies within the **transportation and logistics sector**; * Experience with labor audits and driver shift scheduling. **This position welcomes candidates with disabilities (PCD).** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$3\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
