Logistics Specialist I
The position will be responsible for Logistics Planning, participate in strategic projects, monitor performance indicators, analyze data, and manage logistics costs. The professional will work collaboratively across different company departments, supporting decision-making through structured analyses, process automation, and results presentation, within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Participation in strategic continuous improvement projects for the Logistics Chain and Supply Chain.
* Responsible for the Revenue Recognition Simulator, ensuring consistency of inputs across all involved areas and quality of projections.
* Analyze variances between planned vs. actual results, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics dashboards and indicators in Power BI, proposing new KPIs and analyses.
* Manage logistics costs for Distribution Centers, monitoring budgets, variances, and action plans.
* Monitor the S&OE process, consolidating action plans from involved departments and tracking their execution.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
* Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, or analytical roles.
* Intermediate/advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, creation of executive dashboards).
* Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
* Experience monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting performance analyses.
* Ability to communicate clearly and structurally, including for executive presentations.
**Desirable requirements**

* Experience with Python for process automation and data analysis.
