The Rôgga Internship Program was designed to accelerate your development and provide the foundations and opportunities necessary for you to grow and transform the real estate market. Here, you will spend 18 months designing your future and leaving your mark. Your internship is a two-way street: **Practice and Challenge:** You will gain hands-on experience in the area and have the opportunity to lead a strategic challenge project, applying your knowledge and innovating in practice. **Guided Mentorship:** Your development is closely monitored by the Area Leader and continuously tracked by the DHO team, ensuring support and learning. Career Vision: We take a broad view of your professional trajectory.
