Quick decision-making in emergencies * **SCHEDULE: 12x36** * **WORK HOURS: Day shift (may vary between: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)** * **LOCATION: Joinville\-SC** * **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the asset security team, ensuring compliance with internal rules and procedures; Ensure proper implementation of the company's established security protocols; Conduct training and promote continuous team development, focusing on operational procedures and correct use of personal protective equipment; Support operational activities, including staff reassignment and team deployment as needed; Mediate and resolve internal conflicts, maintaining a harmonious work environment; Perform other duties related to the position, as required by supervision. * **REQUIREMENTS (mandatory):** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program; Intermediate to advanced computer skills; Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) categories AB; Proven experience operating vehicles; Willingness to travel occasionally; Residence in Joinville or Araquari; Security guard training course; Practical experience in surveillance and asset security; Strong communication skills, with ability to lead and work effectively in teams; Capacity to make rapid and effective decisions in emergency situations. * **BENEFITS:** Salary according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); Meal allowance: BRL 47.50 per working day; Transportation voucher; Attendance bonus (7%); Hazard pay (30%); Gym assistance; Life insurance; Dental plan; SESC membership; Discounts at partner universities.
