In this challenge, your primary responsibilities will be: * Ensure all design and visual communication outputs align with the brand’s identity and values; * Seek creative and innovative solutions to position the brand prominently in the market, keeping it relevant and modern; * Lead, develop, and motivate the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment; * Supervise creative work, ensuring quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and alignment with business objectives; * Coordinate the execution of visual projects according to the strategic plan, guaranteeing deadlines and priorities; * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other departments, ensuring design integration into the company’s overall strategy. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Advertising, or related fields; * Proficiency in visual identity, branding, and art direction; * Experience in the fashion or retail industry; * Experience with design tools and AI.
