




Job Summary: This position supports the Operations Supervisor in administrative, financial, and operational routines, including scheduling, communication assistance, and partner engagement. Responsibilities: Support the Operations Supervisor in administrative, financial, and operational routines. * Schedule appointments, meetings, agendas, and minutes * Assist in drafting announcements, reports, and presentations * Provide service to store tenants and commercial partners * Support internal document and process organization * Monitor deadlines and operational requests * Assist with financial processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Organize cash flow for financial accounts * Conduct general procurement for the condominium * Support operational demands involving suppliers, store tenants, and clients. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields; * Preferred: experience in administrative, financial, facilities, and condominium operations roles, including leadership support, meeting coordination, and customer service. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
