Customer prospecting and product presentation **INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE** Location: Santo Antônio \- Joinville/SC **WORK HOURS:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FROM 8 AM TO 6 PM **SALARY:** R$ 2\.500,00 \+ COMMISSION **BENEFITS:** Meal and food allowance (VR/VA) via card, amounting to R$ 400.00 (R$ 20.00 per business day) Hapvida medical and dental assistance Transportation allowance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service and sales, preparation of quotations, responding to quotations and negotiating terms, clarifying information about products and materials, controlling and monitoring ongoing orders, verifying pending items and deadlines, requesting corrective actions, customer prospecting, presenting the company and its products, supporting the collections department and mediating negotiations, analyzing customer orders and offering alternative products or services. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in sales within the electrical materials sector; * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in basic computer skills. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
