Grow with us! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and operate molding, core-making, sand preparation, and automatic deburring robots with overhead cranes autonomously, adhering to quality parameters, specifications, delivery deadlines, and required production volumes; * Load molds with cores, adjusting and replacing tools within the scope of your assigned area according to work instructions and established delivery deadlines and production volumes; * Perform gating removal processes in accordance with quality specifications and physical standards; * Clean and discard molds and cores when necessary, following standards defined in the area's control plans; * Conduct visual inspections of parts, reporting anomalies and defects to your immediate supervisor, prioritizing quality; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, machines, and equipment, actively participating in Kaizen, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives in line with TPM procedures applicable to your area; * Carry out additional tasks consistent in nature and complexity with those defined for this position, upon request from your immediate supervisor and/or internal operational needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed Elementary Education; * Experience in the foundry industry. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Shift 2 \- 1:55 PM to 11:20 PM; **Benefits:** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * PPR \- Profit Sharing Plan * Birthday Gift * Christmas Basket * Commemorative Gifts * Company-Provided Transportation * E-Learning Platform * Útil Card * Language Program * Early 13th Salary Payment * Discounts at Educational Institutions #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
