PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classification stages. 1.2. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the order of classification. 1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, including any updates/corrections, and its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Department of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by the Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC) and/or; b) Course completion declaration accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** INSTRUCTOR FOR PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES, DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORT, SCHOOL TRANSPORT, EMERGENCY TRANSPORT, OR OVERSIZE LOAD TRANSPORT, ISSUED BY AN INSTITUTION ACCREDITED BY THE STATE OR FEDERAL DISTRICT TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE AGENCY. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of course diploma/certificate (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). VALID NATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (AT LEAST 01 YEAR IN THE CATEGORY). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid CNH. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES. **DOCUMENTATION:** Proof must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be proven by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp, and signature, stating start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Card – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS entry has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying activities performed in the services rendered, along with item "b", if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience delivering lectures.
