Job Summary: A Marketing professional to plan and execute digital campaigns, manage RD Station, create graphic and strategic content, and work on inbound marketing and CRM. Key Highlights: 1. OPEN POSITION: **Marketing Assistant** Location: SAGUAÇU Salary: R$ Negotiable Benefits offered: Transportation Voucher: R$ 13.00/day (no payroll deduction) Meal Voucher: R$ 430.00 Health Insurance (after probation period) Study Grant (after probation period) Full-time: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Main Responsibilities: **Marketing & Strategy:** · Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on generating qualified leads (B2B and B2C). · Manage automation workflows and audience segmentation in RD Station. · Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and lead capture pages (WordPress). · Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns, sales funnels, CAC, LTV, etc. · Develop and implement inbound marketing and CRM strategies. **Design & Content:** · Create graphic assets for social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and institutional materials. · Develop offline materials: brochures, catalogs, packaging, labels, promotional items, and signage. · Manage social media accounts with focus on relevant content and visual consistency with the brand. **Requirements:** · Education: Technologist degree in Digital Marketing or related fields; * Experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere PRO). * Proficiency in sales funnels and inbound methodology. * Knowledge of WordPress (page editing and structuring). * Familiarity with RD Station or similar platforms. * Strong writing skills, basic copywriting knowledge, and ability to organize content calendars. * Ability to interpret campaign data and propose improvements based on metrics. * Ability to collaborate with sales and product development teams. Photography skills for product imagery are a plus.
