Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sublimation Assistant to work on customization, performing preparation, operation, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on attention to detail and quality WE ARE HIRING: Sublimation Assistant If you are detail-oriented, organized, and want to work in customization, this position is for you! Your responsibilities will include: * Preparation: Adjusting designs on templates and preparing files for printing (mirroring and color settings). * Operation: Operating thermal presses (flat and cylindrical) to produce mugs, t-shirts, and other promotional items. * Quality Control: Trimming papers, applying thermal tape, and conducting final inspection of each item. * Organization: Maintaining a clean workspace, managing consumables inventory, and carefully packing orders. What we seek: * Full attention to detail (sublimation allows no errors!). * Agility and willingness to learn thermal processes. * Preferred Qualification: Basic knowledge of CorelDraw, Photoshop, or Canva.
