**Job Description** We are seeking a professional responsible for the complete monthly and annual accounting closing cycle, ensuring the integrity of records and compliance with current regulations. The primary focus is on asset reconciliation, fixed asset management, and fulfilling federal ancillary obligations (ECD/ECF), requiring proficiency in the TOTVS Datasul system and intermediate Excel skills. **Your mission within the group will be:** * **Closing Management:** Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy of journal entries. * **Reconciliation and Analysis:** Execute detailed reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective adjustments. * **Fixed Assets:** Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets (acquisition, disposal, transfers), including depreciation calculations and periodic physical inventories. * **Legal Compliance:** Ensure all transactions comply with Brazilian accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). * **Ancillary Obligations:** Prepare, validate, and submit the Digital Accounting Record (ECD) and the Digital Fiscal Accounting Record (ECF). * **Strategic Support:** Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting internal and external audits. \* **Requirements for this position:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * **Experience:** Solid experience in accounting routines, preferably in the industrial sector (due to inventory and cost complexity); * **Systems:** Proficiency in the TOTVS ERP (Datasul line) will be considered a strong advantage; * **Excel:** Intermediate level (ability to handle large datasets, use pivot tables, logical formulas, and basic macros); * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and corporate legislation.
