Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of stamping tools, respond to machine downtime incidents, and implement tool improvements to optimize tool lifespan and area processes. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of stamping tools on high-speed and light presses 2. Responding to machine downtime incidents and adjusting devices 3. Executing preventive maintenance plans and tool improvements The Tooling Cell is responsible for maintaining tools and stamping internal and external compressor components, such as rotor packs, stator laminations, base plates, etc. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Performing corrective and preventive maintenance of stamping tools on high-speed and light presses; * Responding to machine downtime incidents to avoid setups; * Adjusting cutting and bending devices and equipment; * Adjusting spare tools to optimize changeover/correction time; * Executing preventive maintenance plans; * Implementing tool improvements to enhance and extend tool service life; * Supporting area improvements based on the 3Q6S concept. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields; * Knowledge of manual and automatic machines; * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings; * Availability to work on Shift 200 and/or rotating shifts if required; * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers/micrometers); * Aptitude for 3Q6S.
