**Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)** \#1118 **Location:** North Industrial Zone \- Joinville \- SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:47 AM to 5:35 PM (1-hour break) **Requirements:** Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development). Experience in data analysis, validation, and consolidation. Knowledge of data integration from ERP systems and relational databases. Basic to intermediate knowledge of production processes, such as production reporting, efficiency, losses, OEE, or similar operational indicators. Advanced Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and managerial reports for all company departments. Design performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data consistency, integrity, and traceability. Validate and cross-check information displayed in dashboards against data extracted from corporate systems (ERP and other sources). Collaborate closely with departments to understand business processes and information needs. Support the definition of operational, production, and financial metrics. Identify data inconsistencies and propose improvements to reporting and control processes.
