




Job Summary: Manage the restaurant's operational routine, monitor processes, resolve issues, and evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction to meet standards and targets. Customer quality and satisfaction evaluation Control the entire restaurant routine according to the defined workflow sequence—from opening, customer service, to closing operations—monitor processes, intervene in problem resolution, whether in the kitchen and/or at the counter, tables, or cash register; evaluate food preparation and plating quality and customer satisfaction index; identify needs for enhanced operational team training and improvements in facilities and equipment; share decisions with management to meet standards and targets set by Girffas Network and the franchisee.
