Experience in industrial management and processes **CHEMICAL PROCESS SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Aventureiro – Joinville/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$6196.45 **Benefits:** * Career plan * Health insurance * Meal card worth R$ 220.00 * Life insurance fully covered by the company * On-site meals at a cost of R$ 3.45 per day * Pharmacy partnership * Language school partnership * University and college partnership * Gym partnership * SESI partnership (dentistry and vaccination) * Banked hours * Transportation allowance **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor production processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement * Develop and monitor preventive production schedules * Monitor laboratory results, chemical analyses, and raw materials * Monitor ETE processes and parameters, as well as other related functions **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields * Experience as a manager, supervisor, or coordinator * Practical experience in industrial processes and production process management * Knowledge of chemical analyses, parameter control, and laboratory monitoring * Knowledge of effluent treatment (ETE) and industrial chemical processes * Must reside in Joinville Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
