Job Summary: Responsible for identifying, designing, and integrating improvements to information systems, optimizing processes and ensuring security, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams **Location: Blumenau** . **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, design, integrate and/or implement improvements to the company's information systems to enhance operational efficiency, optimize/automate processes, and ensure information security; * Work closely with the process team and in close collaboration with other teams to understand business needs and propose accurate and innovative information systems; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications; * Monitor system performance, performing optimizations and updates as needed; * Ensure the company's data security and integrity by implementing information security practices; * Train and support end users in utilizing new systems and features; * Research emerging technologies and market trends, recommending relevant innovations for the company. **Requirements to Apply:** * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in specific IT areas such as software architecture, cloud computing, or information security; * Proven experience in systems analysis; * Experience in system integration; * Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies. **What the Company Offers:** * Unimed Health Plan * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation for this position (CLT contract)?
