Meetings with clients for clarifications Job Description: Lawyer responsible for judicial proceedings related to debt collection actions (drafting initial pleadings, intermediate motions, appeals, legal opinions, etc.). Using a system to track deadlines and record procedural updates. Conducting meetings with clients to clarify developments in judicial proceedings. Requirements: * Active OAB registration * Experience in debt collection/monitoring/enforcement/judgment enforcement proceedings is preferred * Postgraduate degree in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and/or Corporate Law is preferred * On-site work at the office is required. **Must reside in Joinville** Job Type: Freelance / PJ Education: * Completed undergraduate degree Experience: * Corporate Law (Preferred) License/Certification: * OAB (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site — Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.
