We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure/Support Analyst to strategically manage, evolve, and sustain the IT environment. The professional will serve as a technical reference, handling critical incidents, advanced Microsoft 365 administration, process automation, and network infrastructure—ensuring security, performance, and high availability. **Responsibilities:** **Equipment Management and Upgrades** * Perform advanced hardware diagnostics and performance analysis; * Implement automations for system installation and configuration (PowerShell, Bash); * Manage asset inventory with integration into management systems; * Plan equipment upgrades and standardization. **Advanced Microsoft 365 Administration** * Manage advanced security, identity, and compliance policies in Microsoft Entra ID; * Administer Microsoft Exchange Online (rules, email flows, anti-spam, and security); * Configure and maintain advanced policies in Microsoft Intune (MDM, device policies); * Administer Microsoft Defender for endpoints and identities; * Support governance of Microsoft Teams and Power Platform (permissions, flows, security). **Advanced Support** * Resolve critical incidents and highly complex issues; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and best practices; * Train and guide the technical team, serving as a reference and focal point; * Support technical decisions and strategic projects. **Network Infrastructure** * Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (routing, VLANs, QoS); * Configure and administer switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs; * Administer Ubiquiti UniFi environments (controllers, policies, monitoring); * Conduct proactive infrastructure monitoring and log analysis. **Requirements:** * Degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Solid experience as an Infrastructure/Support Analyst; * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, networking, and information security; * Experience with automation and complex corporate environments. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Certifications: **MS-900, AZ-104, ITIL** or equivalents; * Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud); * Knowledge of information security and process automation.
