




Description: What you need to have: * Technical or higher education degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. * Availability for travel, when necessary, to support the Group's units. * Knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, NATs), with experience providing support for basic infrastructure. * Experience or familiarity with technical support, user assistance (in-person and remote), and incident diagnosis and resolution. * Practical experience or familiarity with virtualization, backup, firewall, VPN, remote access tools, and information security concepts. * Basic knowledge of infrastructure, information security, and backup. * Discretion, ethical conduct, and strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on information security and user support.
