Therefore, we need to grow every day and, with that, add even more people to our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specialized in the residential horizontal condominium segment, consolidated in the real estate market by guaranteeing and offering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Android, Networks, Antivirus, and Office 365; * Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, application and printer installation; * Availability to work flexible hours. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administration of structured networks (UTP and optical cabling); * Management of LAN networks (wired and wireless); * Technical support to users for hardware and software (desktops, notebooks, applications, and printers); * Handling technical support tickets via GLP; * Guidance to users on how to open support tickets; * Performing backups of user documents in cases of notebook or desktop formatting; * Creating and configuring network and email accounts for employees; * Issuing and managing responsibility forms for delivery or return of IT equipment.
