Strategic management of store performance and operations **Job Mission** The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team management, and commercial results for the unit. Their role is to lead, engage, and develop the team, guaranteeing service standards and customer experience aligned with Audithorium’s values. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and motivate a team of **4 sales associates**. * Ensure excellence in customer service, upholding hospitality standards and brand experience. * Monitor performance indicators (sales, targets, average transaction value, conversion rate, etc.) and implement actions to exceed results. * Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, organization, and visual merchandising). * Support continuous team development and training alongside the assistant manager. * Administer staff scheduling, cash flow, and inventory, coordinating with stock and cashier teams. * Strategically manage relationships with VIP customers and prospect new ones. * Report results and needs to the regional management. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a store manager or leadership role in retail, preferably in fashion. * Hands-on leadership profile with strong focus on team development. * Strong results- and goal-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision. **What We Offer** \- Market-competitive salary \+ performance-based bonus; \- 50% discount on brand products; \- Collaborative and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities; \- Meal allowance; \- TotalPass; \- Dental plan; \- Transportation allowance; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales (Preferred) * Process Management (Preferred) * Commercial Management (Preferred) * Team Development (Preferred)
