An environment that embraces the uniqueness of the school community The Aldeia do Sol Education Center is a space that values respect, experimentation, and intellectual development without the anxiety and stress commonly associated with traditional methods, always focusing on the healthy emotional development of each child. **Vision** To be a benchmark of quality in innovative education that fosters the wholeness of the individual, contributing to building a fairer and more fraternal world. **Mission** To be a school that embraces the uniqueness of its school community, creating respectful conditions for the holistic development of individuals through integral education. **Values** Respect \- Autonomy \- Safety \- Resilience \- Ethics and citizenship \- Creativity **Basic job responsibilities:** · Assist the cook in preparing meals (lunch, snacks, afternoon tea, and dinner) according to their instructions. · Keep the kitchen clean and organized, sanitizing equipment (refrigerator, stove, mixer, blender, etc.), floors, and walls, and storing utensils in their designated places. · Utilize food in its entirety to avoid waste. · Assist in food inventory management, keeping it clean and organized, checking expiration dates, and informing the cook about the need for food replenishment. · Apply good food handling practices. · Prepare and/or deliver prepared food from the kitchen to the appropriate dining area, ensuring timely meals for children. · Occasionally clean dining areas. · Collect food samples (Food Sampling) for Sanitary Surveillance.
