Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor oversees receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations, ensuring deadlines, operational standards, and team development focused on continuous improvement. Develops and engages the team with a focus on productivity and organization **ON-SITE POSITION IN ARAQUARI (SANTA CATARINA) – LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise **Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping** operations, ensuring deadlines and operational flow. * Ensure compliance with **procedures, operational standards, and execution discipline**. * Implement and sustain **5S, organization, visual management, and standardization** practices. * Conduct **routine management** (checklists, operational meetings, and deviation handling). * Ensure **inventory accuracy**, location management, cyclic inventories, and movement control. * Reduce **rework and defects**, promoting continuous improvement. * Develop and engage the team, focusing on productivity, organization, and accountability. * Interface with **PCP, Procurement, Production, and Billing** departments. * Support sectoral improvement and technological advancement initiatives (e.g., **WMS**). ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields**. * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** proficiency. * Experience with **ERP** systems (WMS experience preferred). * Industrial logistics experience (receiving, storage, and shipping). ### **Experience** * **3 to 5 years** of operational logistics experience. * **Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles** (supervisor, foreman, or team leader). * Experience in **routine management, cyclic inventories, and inventory control**. * Participation in continuous improvement projects or WMS implementation is desirable. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organized, goal-oriented, and disciplined. * Clear communication and leadership posture. * Ability to drive accountability, monitor progress, and close actions. * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results orientation. * Continuous improvement mindset and experience working with KPIs. ### **Work Location:** ### **Araquari/Santa Catarina** ### **Preference for residents of Araquari or the southern zone of Joinville.** ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Logistics
