Process improvement Job Responsibilities: * Support in financial planning and closing: Assist in the monthly production cost closing and support variance analysis. * Production cost analysis: Monitor and analyze potential cost deviations, help identify root causes, and support the development of action plans. * KPI monitoring: Assist in updating and monitoring financial and operational KPIs, contributing to performance tracking across departments. * Internal department coordination: Support communication with departments such as PCPM, Quality, Sales, and Engineering, helping clarify financial information and facilitating joint analyses. * Process improvement: Contribute to reviewing and improving production cost control processes to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
