Job Summary: The professional will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, handling customer service, assisting with commercial proposals, and organizing documentation. Assistance in preparing and tracking commercial proposals **Location:** Bucaren Neighborhood, Joinville – SC **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break) **Main Responsibilities:** Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team; Handle customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, providing basic information and appropriately directing inquiries; Assist in preparing, sending, and tracking commercial proposals; Update customer records and register information in the system; Monitor order status and provide support during post-sales stages; Organize files, contracts, and other commercial-related documentation; Support the organization of meetings and preparation of sales team performance reports. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education; Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative or commercial roles; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Experience with CRM or commercial management systems is a plus; Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and agile profile; Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines; Availability for in-person work during business hours. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (per Collective Bargaining Agreement); Transportation Allowance; Attendance Bonus (7%); Gym Assistance; Life Insurance; Dental Plan; SESC Membership; Discounts at partner universities.
