Main responsibilities: Review architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings to identify conflicts and optimize resource utilization, supported by modeling software and coordination meetings with the design team to discuss possible modifications; Identify and list required construction materials, plan appropriate procurement and storage of inputs, and jointly review all acquisition needs with the technical team; Define work phases and organize the logical sequence of on-site activities, while managing the schedule using project management tools; Determine the number of workers and machines required to ensure sufficient resources for continuous progress, evaluating workload and production capacity of each piece of equipment and worker; Monitor deliveries of procured materials to meet pre-established deadlines, ensuring subsequent process stages are not delayed due to material shortages; Conduct regular team meetings to ensure all members are aware of tasks and deadlines, establishing a clear agenda and documenting discussions and decisions; and other duties related to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in subdivision, urbanization, or urban infrastructure projects.
