




Job Summary: An HR professional to lead strategies, processes, and teams, serving as strategic support to the executive board. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic HR and team leadership 2. Strategic support and advisory services to the executive board Responsibilities: * Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with Brazilian labor laws; * Lead recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and labor relations processes; * Establish and enhance HR policies, processes, and procedures; * Supervise employment contracts, timekeeping records, payroll, and outsourced services; * Maintain relationships with labor unions and conduct collective bargaining negotiations when required; * Provide strategic support and advisory services to the executive board on HR-related matters. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * HR experience in a leadership role within industrial sectors or medium-to-large enterprises; * Thorough knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), collective agreements, and labor and social security legislation with practical application (mandatory); * Excellent communication, leadership, and resilience skills; * Experience working in Chinese or multinational companies is a plus; * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) — reading, writing, and speaking.
