




Job Summary: A professional to interpret labor legislation, manage disputes, ensure legal compliance, and advise on rights and obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring HR practices comply with laws and regulations. * Correctly interpret and apply labor and social security legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws - CLT, collective agreements, and conventions). * Maintain relationships with labor unions and government agencies. * Prevent and manage labor disputes. * Support the legal department in labor litigation. * Provide documents and information for judicial defenses. * Monitor liability indicators and propose corrective actions. * Ensure HR practices comply with applicable laws and internal regulations. * Conduct internal audits on payroll, timekeeping, and benefits. * Implement labor compliance policies. * Advise managers and employees on rights, obligations, and sound labor practices. * Deliver training on legislation, harassment, diversity, and professional ethics. * Monitor indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, and organizational climate. * Prepare managerial reports for decision-making. * Act as a mediator in internal conflicts between employees and leadership. * Propose solutions and agreements to avoid labor lawsuits.
