An environment that stimulates creativity and productivity **[Tech] Senior Backend Software Engineering - LOGIX** ================================================================ TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Hybrid Job Description Serve as the technical reference within the LOGIX product, participating in high-complexity projects that deliver value not only to the product but also ensure customer satisfaction and the technical team's growth. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium-complexity technical solutions with moderate supervision and minimal support by implementing software requirements using project-related technologies; * Understand the software architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create medium-complexity tests—either manual or automated—to cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team to identify business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices available for the product and technologies used; * Guide junior developers by addressing their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Detail low- and medium-complexity requirements through direct interaction with customers and project-related departments; * Use predefined frameworks for solution development. Requirements and Qualifications * Programming logic; * Database – advanced level; * Advanced knowledge of 4GL, Metadata, and ADVPL programming languages; * Fundamentals of unit testing – advanced level; * Software architecture (e.g., client-server, web, others) – intermediate level; * Agile software development methodologies – intermediate level preferred; * Business rules of the target product – advanced level. * Completed undergraduate degree in technology or related fields. Desirable Qualifications * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies, specialization, or an MBA in the relevant field. * Advanced English proficiency.
