Responsibilities and Duties * Perform high-complexity maintenance, implementation, or service tasks involving business rules through software requirement implementation using project-related technologies; * Perform high-complexity maintenance, implementation, or service tasks with minimal supervision and limited support through software requirement implementation using project-related technologies; * Conduct feasibility studies (spikes) for new product features, submitting them to the architecture team for approval; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the target software architecture and be capable of working within it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—to cover the intended behavior of developed features, using requirements and testing tools; * Document or validate documentation of developed artifacts to enable end-user understanding; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing, resolving questions and disseminating expertise in internal and external forums, while interacting with other departments to drive improvements; * Suggest process, tool, workflow, product, and technology improvements based on critical analysis. * Detail medium- and high-complexity requirements through direct engagement with customers and relevant project/support departments, proposing product implementation; * Identify opportunities for improvement in coding, documentation, testing, and other development processes; * Serve as a technical authority in the domain technologies, performing requirement gathering, proposing solutions, evaluating alternatives, and delivering training; * Recommend improvements to the development team’s processes based on technical expertise to optimize individual and team deliverables; * Possess systemic vision: understand what you do, why you do it, and how your work impacts the business; demonstrate professional maturity and conflict resolution skills; Requirements and Qualifications * Programming logic; * Database – advanced level; * Advanced proficiency in the Delphi programming language; * Fundamentals of unit testing – advanced level; * Software architecture (e.g., client-server, web, others) – intermediate level; * Agile software development methodologies – intermediate level preferred; * Business rules of the target product – advanced level. * Completed undergraduate degree in technology or related fields. Desirable Qualifications * Experience with TOTVS products; * Enrollment in postgraduate studies, specialization, or MBA in the relevant field. * Advanced English proficiency.
