Grow with us! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#JoinFremax** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Occupational Safety Technician, you will be responsible for the following activities:** 1\) Assess occupational safety conditions at company facilities, mapping risks and suggesting solutions to correct anomalies. 2\) Lead accident and incident processes, investigating, documenting, and analyzing specific records, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions to minimize or eliminate risks. 3\) Prepare the occupational health record (PPP), as required and upon request from current and former employees. 4\) Participate in CIPA-related activities, organizing meetings, developing risk maps, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with the electoral process schedule. 5\) Request calibration services for tools and procurement of electrical equipment, evaluating supplier performance. 6\) Participate in occupational health and safety projects. 7\) Support and monitor the development of the machinery inventory. 8\) Control and request mandatory occupational safety documents (e.g., medical records, plant electrical schematics, electrical installation reports). 9\) Monitor external teams conducting factory risk assessments and support analysis of reports and PPRA, suggesting technical adjustments and ensuring involved risks are monitored. 10\) Propose occupational safety programs and deliver training and onboarding to raise awareness and promote safe behavior across the organization. 11\) Monitor occupational safety indicators and track trend curves to reduce both frequency and severity of workplace accidents. 12\) Manage work permits, ensuring documentation is up-to-date, defining preventive measures, and authorizing work execution. 13\) Coordinate discussions with stakeholders regarding risk reduction, adaptations, improvements, and ergonomics, monitoring planned actions and related action plans. 14\) Monitor labor lawsuit expert assessments. 15\) Monitor, control, and maintain the fire prevention system updated. 16\) Participate in the development or modification of new products, processes, and layouts, advising on aspects related to people’s safety and health prevention. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; * Labor Legislation course; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor; * ART for Position and Function **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment); * Additional courses and/or qualifications aligned with the role’s requirements. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * 3rd Shift: Sunday – 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM; Monday to Friday – 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. **Benefits:** PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Meals provided at the company; Chartered transportation; Unimed health plan; Dental plan; Pharmacy partnerships; Attendance bonus; ADE partnership #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
